Hear from our colleagues:

“I joined the company in 2016 as an Associate Programmer Analyst, shortly after finishing my degree. I was promoted in my role as a Statistical Programmer, and then made the jump to a Biostatistician role after a few years. I have grown a lot since joining Thermo Fisher Scientific. While I started a new career track as a Biostatistician, the two tracks complement one another. This makes me appreciate what the different roles do daily.”
Meiling, Biostatistician, North Carolina

“Every colleague is treated equally here, and there are a lot of opportunities to grow professionally. I can truly say that I have never stopped learning here and the opportunities are endless. Thermo Fisher Scientific has best-in-class tools and systems, which makes daily work efficient and easy.”
Biplob, Senior Manager, Biostatistics and Programming, Hyderabad, India

"I provide statistical support to health economics and outcome research (HEOR) across a range of projects, customers and therapeutic areas. Part of what I love most about my job here at Thermo Fisher Scientific is the collaborative team atmosphere and the great people. I am so happy to be part of this team and I am excited to continue the amazing work we do!"
Min, Senior Statistician, Evidence-based Solutions

"When I started, I was a Biostatistician in charge of writing statistical analysis plans. I discovered that I really enjoyed the programming side more, so I had the opportunity to move over into the Programming team. It was great that I had that flexibility. Now with my team, we talk about their career development and I make sure they get assignments that support their plans."
Karen, Associate Director Programming, North Carolina
slide 8 of 8 Working in Practical Process Improvement (PPI), I help departments run more efficiently. I do this by teaching new tools and helping teams implement new approaches to their processes. This role is rewarding in that it allows me to interact with all departments on site and learn about all the amazing work going on at Thermo Fisher Scientific. One of the best aspects of my job is working at a company with such a large product portfolio. There’s a wealth of resources within the company, which allows for greater growth potential—both in product development and career paths. At the end of the day, my work helps our departments. This allows for greater quality products, at more affordable prices, with shorter lead times—all of which increases accessibility to customers and helps make the world a healthier, cleaner and safer place.
