Developing communication skills,especially in English, is available to colleagues through training modules focused on writing and verbal communications with clients.
Over 50 Shared Service Center leaders have participated in Developing Emerging Leaders under Thermo Fisher’s corporate development program, providing site supervisors and managers with key communication tools to lead their teams.
As part of the Tech Lab, Excel and SharePoint trainings are available to colleagues, including follow-up testing to assess mastery of these tools.
A Team Coaching workshop supports leaders in acquiring tools and information about themselves and their teams to achieve a more united and collaborative work environment.
Customer Experience training, incorporated within the Onboarding calendar for new colleagues, helps to understand and analyze essential elements of Customer Service.
Our growing internship program allows us to introduce the Center’s rewarding career paths to qualified students from technical schools throughout the Heredia region. Internship students complete professional assignments or rotations in our functional teams with an opportunity for future employment based on exceptional performance.
