“Upon receiving my undergraduate degree, I was unsure what I really wanted to do within the IT function. The DLDP gave me the opportunity to explore various interests I had before settling down in one direction or another. I also had access to many successful leaders at the organization, thanks to the programs networking opportunities, who helped guide and shape me into the professional I am today.”
Sarah, DLDP alumna, University of Pittsburgh
“As a soon-to-be college grad, I wanted a job that would accelerate my career while also giving me a chance to continue learning and expanding my skillset. Thermo Fisher Scientific provided this opportunity by rotating me through their Digital Leadership Development Program. The DLDP program gave me the flexibility to experience working in multiple full-time technology roles. Along the way I explored new software tools, I learned new techniques and best practices, and I gained valuable hands-on experience and skills. From day one I received 1:1 mentoring designed to foster leadership and ease the transition into working full-time. I also benefitted from a community of respected peers and graduates of the program with whom I could network and share experiences.”
Joseph, current DLDP, University of New Hampshire
