Hiring Summary

  • Division: Biosciences Division (BID)

  • Location : Daejeon and Chung-nam, Korea

Job Responsibilities

  • Advise the strategic vision for the Korea Daejeon region; Guide the sales team to implement sales strategies and grow the business; Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales goals

  • Run pricing within territory to control profitability

  • Perform sales calls and manage vendor relations with all customers and potential customers in the assigned territory

  • Identify and develop new emerging account targets along with identifying new products, services, and vendors to expand the product portfolio

  • Provide customer presentations articulating the value proposition of the proposed product/solution

  • Collaborate with all relevant teams to find new sales opportunities and customers for BID products

  • Foster cross-divisional collaboration and coordinated selling approaches to expand BID product sales

  • Acquire and report information on market trends, competitive promotions, and other activities from the market that may aid sales and marketing activities

  • Secure a clear overview of key accounts and develop a plan to expand the sale of BID products at the account

  • Provide reports to the sales manager on the results of the development of key products and accounts

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of proven track record in sales or account management

  • 3+ years of people management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in bioscience or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead team members as a team leader
