I’m part of the Singapore Commercial team for Thermo Fisher’s BioProduction team. We provide our customers with innovative products and solutions necessary to make biologic drugs that improve the lives of patients worldwide. To be successful on this team, you need to be focused on the customer and adapt to their needs. One of my proudest career moments here was working with a customer and our compliance team to overcome many obstacles while seeking approval to sell raw material used to manufacture a biologic drug.  After lots of hard work, our request was approved, thus enabling our customer to provide treatment to thousands of people. Knowing that we are making a real impact on patients’ lives inspires me to come to work.

Thermo Fisher has provided me incredible opportunities for learning and development - training programs, hands-on learning and mentoring. I’m evolving my knowledge in commercial sales and leadership skills every day. It’s crucial to keep employees engaged in their careers and to develop talent that will bring the organization to the next level.
