In addition to meaningful work and professional development, our Finland colleagues in Vantaa and Joensuu enjoy discounts for local sports and cultural activities. In Vantaa, employees enjoy an on-site fitness center and occupational/health care services on-site. A long running tradition for both sites is a group ski trip to Lapland is coordinated every year. Our Vantaa team also supports the Runfest sporting event, where more than 20 colleagues participate in a 21-kilometers (13-miles) relay through the streets of Helsinki.

Both Finland locations in Vantaa and Joensuu offer several employee activity clubs for after work events ranging from golf to our own in-house band – all aimed to foster a culture of well-being. In Joensuu we have several site specific wellness activities throughout the year.

We share a responsibility for our environment and the world we live in. In Joensuu and Vantaa, our corporate social responsibility team organizes charity events and different partnerships with students ranging from the age 7 to university students.

The team also organizes on-site activities for children, such as theatre and workshops where they can learn about pipetting or extracting DNA.
