I oversee the financial performance of our Ion Chromatography business unit. I’ve been a part of several big project launches, involving coordination with hundreds of our professionals around the world. It’s great to see how our teams in finance and product development work together to continue our revenue growth—and to deliver products that help our customers make an impact globally in fields like food safety, electronics and power generation.
I’ve also been able to see our global impact on an individual level. Moving from China to the United States with Thermo Fisher Scientific, I’ve explored life in a different culture and gained exposure to the market outside of APAC. That’s benefitted me tremendously, both personally and professionally.
I appreciate that Thermo Fisher is dedicated to my professional development and the development of women in my field. Being a part of the Finance Women’s Leadership Group, I’ve played an active role in supporting our commitment to improve networking, provide career development opportunities, and foster growth for women in finance.
