•   Strong problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, high degree of accuracy
•   Ability to collaborate with and influence senior partners, peers, and direct / indirect reports
•   Quick learner who follows processes with critical timelines and is able to work both independently and as a member of team
•   Excellent customer focus alongside interpersonal and communication skills
•   A background in GMP manufacturing with an appreciation for batch manufacturing would be useful
