Behavioral Health Navigator

The Behavioral Health Navigator, powered by Spring Health, connects colleagues and their covered dependents with virtual support for their emotional wellbeing. Access up to 12 free confidential virtual therapy sessions, dedicated care navigation, on-demand resources and more.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Get help tackling life’s challenges and make your work and personal life easier:
  • Up to three free counseling sessions with an EAP professional
  • Resources and support on a variety of topics, including parenting, personal finances and eldercare

Enhanced Family Support

To help you manage life’s constantly-changing landscape, these resources provide additional support for families, from extra discounts at child
care centers and nanny searches and placement, tutoring resources and education support.

Parental Leave
