Our program covers qualified expenses associated with the adoption of a minor child. Eligible colleagues can receive up to $5,000 of covered expenses in a lifetime.

Disability Coverage

Thermo Fisher provides Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD and LTD) plans at no cost to you. This ensures financial protection for you and your family if you are unable to work due to a non-work related injury or illness. You can also choose to purchase additional coverage through our LTD Buy-up plan.

Education Assistance

To help support you while pursuing a certification, undergraduate or graduate degree, our Tuition Reimbursement Program covers certain eligible expenses.

Life Insurance

Thermo Fisher automatically provides basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage at 1.5 times your salary (up to a $1M maximum) at no cost to you. You can choose to purchase additional life and AD&D coverage for yourself or your family.

Scholarship Program

Eligible children of full-time, active employees can apply for an opportunity to earn a merit-based college scholarship worth up to $5,000 per academic year.
