Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

We support a range of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) Find your crowd or create a group with colleagues to celebrate shared interests and build relationships. Thermo Fisher BRGs offer support and space for the whole you and foster community within your work environment.

Flexible Work Arrangements

Colleagues in compatible roles have the opportunity to pursue flexible schedules and work arrangements, in partnership with their managers.


Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO) is an important part of maintaining a healthy balance in life. Thermo Fisher offers 10 paid holidays each year (which includes three floating days to be used at your discretion). We also offer a paid day to be used for volunteer work. In addition to paid holidays, your PTO is accrued based on years of service so you can take time to relax and recharge.
