The role
We are the Thermo Fisher NanoPort team. As the largest Electron Microscopy demo labs in the world, NanoPort team supports sales of all Electron Microscopy and Spectroscopy products through demonstrations and serves as a meeting place for Thermo Fisher Applications Scientists and customers to collaborate using NanoPort demo instruments. We provide technical and scientific expertise in the support of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Global sales efforts.
This is a field-based role, involving demonstrations and on-site customer support. The position comes with a competitive salary and yearly bonus. We offer many different career pathways in a global organization, plus extensive resources and training opportunities to help develop an exciting career!
How will you make an impact?
We will support the customer in-person at their lab, and by remote support station, phone and email, serving as a trusted advisor. In doing so, we will help to increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty and chip into the overall success of the business.
