Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing flawless solutions.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Successfully implement sales strategies and determine the best approach to penetrate new markets.
• Prepare and present reports on sales, revenue, and forecasts to the management team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support and promote a diverse and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
