Job Description

Position Overview:

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, our Finance teams are important to our business and functional teams to make educated, sound decisions that drive our Mission and make us a stable and trusted industry leader.   

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers regarding their account status and make subsequent collection of payments.
• Provide professional opinion to credit team on order release and credit application.
• Implement the credit & collection policy and procedure, achieve the performance target of collection rate.
• Provide quality comments for invoice/accounts in their portfolio with regular follow up per the invoice.
• Maintain the good relationship with our clients.
• Predict and report the risk of customers’ AR accounts in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement in Finance process and capabilities.

How you will get here:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience

• 3 years of relevant finance working experience or above.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other similar desktop applications.
• Availability to work autonomously, capable of managing large database.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good personality and be proactive.
