Work with channel partners to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Build relationships with specific accounts and leaders to showcase Thermo Fisher's value for winning and retaining business.
Prospect and pursue new business to expand the client base.
Coordinate bidding, develop and negotiate contracts, and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals.
Manage, maintain, and update key collaborators’ information in Sales Force to ensure robust sales pipelines.
Keep well informed on industry changes and participate where possible in organizations directly involved with the prime markets to maintain a strong industry awareness.
Develop and implement annual sales plan with the distributor partner to align with the corporate business strategy, identify new product and channel growth opportunities.
Improve the profitability of business by analyzing pricing strategy, and ensure efficiency of Advertising & Promotional spend, product and channel mix.
Conduct monthly business reviews with distributor partners to ensure achievement of critical metrics such as sales targets, forecast accuracy, stockholding, Advertising & Promotion execution, and spend.
Foster rapport and uphold close working relationships with internal and external partners, inclusive of Leadership team members, functional leaders and peers, distributor partners, and customers.
Job Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Medical Science or equivalent field
8+ years of experience in sales with distributors or key account management in food industry, preferably in the Microbiology Food Safety Industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Sales Force.
Proficient in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
Growth mindset with high ability to solve complex problems in a complex environment.
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, influencing and critical thinking skills.
Capability to lead sales initiatives and strategic projects.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and partners.
