As a Logistics Coordinator Kit Production, you will have a pivotal role in the flawless production and distribution of laboratory kits. Your contributions will help maintain our high standards of quality and reliability in serving clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Global Kit Production, distribution, and order fulfillment to ensure timely processing of supplies.
  • Provide outstanding support, service, reliability, and availability to external kit vendors and internal departments.
  • Assemble and pack laboratory kits following strict study kit specifications.
  • Perform quality control checks on assembled kits to ensure accuracy and excellence.
  • Fulfill and ship orders efficiently.
  • Conduct labeling activities and other tasks related to kit production.
  • Assist with loading and unloading activities.
  • Support the resolution of Kit Vendor Quality Events, including incorrect documents, failure to release orders, and other discrepancies.
  • Share information within the GSS department and occasionally attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetings.
  • Support flexible tasks within GSS and Sample Management.

Education and Experience

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Outstanding digital literacy and time management abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Frequent mobility required, including standing, twisting, squatting, and bending.
  • Ability to lift and carry items and work in fluctuating temperatures with potential exposure to hazardous substances.
  • Regular rotation of work schedule, including early start and late end times.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data.
