Our Monza facility is a leading commercial manufacturing site and center of excellence, producing life-saving treatments, like prefilled syringes, sterile injectables and cartridges. As a Technology Project Manager, I coordinate all phases of a product transfer - from a client, to our facilities, and finally, to market for commercialization.
I think of our project team as an orchestra and my role as a Technology Transfer Project Manager is like a conductor. I’m focused on aligning and integrating all members of the team to reach a common goal or product for the client. It reminds me of the way musical instruments come together in an orchestra. It requires collaboration with each player and synergy as a team. We collaborate and work as efficiently as possible to best serve waiting patients, but always within our clients’ requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards. Effective communication, internally and externally, and mitigating risks impacting the process and project timeline are vital to our success.
