When a little boy needed us to deliver a customer’s cutting-edge drug to help him fight a brain tumor, I did everything I could to keep the job moving forward. Thanks to the hard work of everyone on our team, we were able to deliver the drug three days ahead of the initially established “rush” date— meaning there was no delay in the boy’s treatment.
