Summary of Internship:
Internship positions provide an opportunity for chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmacy, or related STEM students to get hands on experience in the Regulatory Affairs function.

Essential Functions:

• Become familiar with FDA and EU regulations regarding the required statements for the site’s manufactured products

• Collaborate with team members in production and quality to build robust documentation and understanding of a Quality Management system

• Supporting documentation and change control

• Maintain and review Regulatory Documentation

• Contribute to product registrations and interact with international regulatory bodies

• Recall assistance and tracking

• Accept constructive feedback and look for areas of improvements

• Specific tasks will be tailored to the intern’s experience level and abilities

Qualifications:

• Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited bachelor’s degree in a related science, engineering, or life science field

• Preferred majors: Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry

• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in regulatory affairs

• Critical thinker with organization skill and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-functional team

• Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve

• Willingness to communicate across cross-functional teams

• Previous industrial experience is preferred
