Are you ready to join an exceptionally ambitious team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.? We are seeking a PV Systems Analyst/Test Engineer to play a pivotal role in the Technical Operations team within our Pharmacovigilance department. This outstanding opportunity will allow you to successfully implement and drive world-class solutions that make a global impact.

A day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.
  • Analyze and document business processes, aiming to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document requirements in tools like DevOps or Jira including creating user stories, epics, feature and backlog items.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed test cases, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Develop and implement test cases using automated testing tools, strictly following industry standards.
  • Provide proven solutions for complex problems, competing to achieve the highest standards.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine and address business needs.
  • Extensive experience in writing test cases from requirements.
  • Proven track record in developing test cases using automated testing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, encouraging an inclusive team environment.
  • Ability to successfully implement projects with ambitious timelines and goals.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies/Scrum and tools like DevOps
