Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Complete independent TEM maintenance and installation tasks in North China
• Continuously strive to improve tool acceptance processes
• Communicate effectively with customers to identify service needs and address difficulties, developing vertical offline campaigns to uncover new service marketing opportunities and innovate revenue streams
• Collaborate closely and effectively with cross-functional teams and the commercial team to ensure flawless service delivery

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Material, Electronics, Physics, or Chemistry
• Minimum of 1+ years of service experience in AIG companies
• Proven organizational and executive skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (over 60%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Operational experience with TEM and SEM
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong personal communication skills, with the ability to engage and draw support from all levels
• Eagerness to embrace challenges and the courage to push boundaries
