The Position

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

  • Focus on building strong, flexible team able to cope with daily as well as long-term challenges, support sustainable growth, motivate change management, bring fun and pride philosophy into teams, focus on employer brand.
  • Lead team members’ professional development by goal setting and providing challenges for further growth, focus on career planning (successors, critical skills management, leadership skills development) and conduct performance reviews.
  • Secure alignment in company goals, manage department´s KPI.
  • Allocates the workload among the Sourcing Support team.
  • Focus on open and straight forward communication loop, implement and deploy 4i culture in all areas.
  • Drive PPI business system in daily work, drive continuous improvement.
  • Supervise the cooperation between Procurement team and Sourcing Support team.
  • Represents the Sourcing Support function to the stakeholders in the organization.
  • Non-standard order process management with focus on the smooth PO REQ flow progress, approval policy, purchase order completeness and high quality.
  • Data acquisition management for newly released Items in the ERP system.
  • Maintain Sourcing attributes and structures in the ERP and other operation systems. Focus on data accuracy.
  • Acts as first level escalation for issues related to the Sourcing Support team.
  • Can lead projects.
  • Manages Sourcing Support related IMS documents.
  • Working in compliance with legislation and IMS.

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken) is a must. 
  • Proven track of record in procurement/sourcing function.
  • Knowledge of ERP-systems.
