Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Diploma with at least 2 years of experience or a Degree in technical-scientific fields
• Proficient in Italian and English
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

You will ensure compliance in the Manufacturing Department and engage in deviation investigations and CAPA management. Active participation in audits and process improvements is essential.

The main responsibilities for this role will be:

• Provide documentary support to the production department
• Manage CAPAs through the Track Wise system
• Coordinate the opening and management of CCFs
• Collaborate with the Quality System Department to review SOPs
• Conduct and manage departmental training
• Prepare and present compliance documents and procedures
• Identify and resolve quality issues
• Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Train personnel according to specific Job Descriptions
• Participate actively in internal and external meetings
