Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key accounts to determine their needs and successfully implement tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects that meet client specifications and timelines.
- Provide expert mentorship and support to clients, helping them navigate complex challenges with innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to find opportunities for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Min 0-2+ years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the scientific industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in カリフォルニア州 is $44,500.00–$70,000.01.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
