Job Title: Production Scheduler Intern

Job Location: Italy

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production teams to determine production goals and scheduling requirements
  • Assist in developing production schedules based on demand and resource availability
  • Monitor and track production progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact production efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve productivity
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production schedules, changes, and updates

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Attentive to details and committed to accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
