“I lead a team of nine account managers who are dedicated to key accounts in the northern part of Germany. I coach and develop my team members and help them find the solutions to their challenges in the day-to-day business. All products in our Biosciences Division portfolio help researchers conduct molecular and cell biology applications. My team provides customers with everything from plastics to enzymes and kits to benchtop instruments. Our key customers are universities, university clinics and Bayer, a pharmaceutical account. My team is mainly in touch with technicians and lab managers as well as professors and principal investigators. The research fields of our customers are very diverse, like cancer research, using e.g. molecular biology techniques. Our products help them achieve consistent results more efficiently and more accurately.” Flávia
