Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Reporting Analyst II and be part of a team committed to improving the world's health, cleanliness, and safety. This role is essential for flawless reporting and analysis, ensuring the Order-to-Cash management process is accurate and timely.
Responsibilities:
Extract and combine accounts receivable data from various systems.
Prepare and issue daily/monthly reports to support tracking and analysis of critical metrics.
Support the regular month-end close reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality reports for business reviews.
Craft new reports based on business requirements, bringing to bear information from different data sources.
Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks against key performance indicators.
Collaborate with key internal partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Support Finance leadership to meet divisional finance reporting and analysis requirements.
Consistently meet assigned targets and fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Drive a culture of continuous process improvement within the team.
Serve as a subject matter expert for all processes and collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPO).
Build and update process documentation and training materials for complex processes as needed.
Participate actively in reporting automation efforts and departmental or cross-functional projects.
Coordinate with both Internal and External Audit teams to facilitate testing procedures.
Other additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Working knowledge of ERPs (e.g., Oracle E1, SAP).
Good understanding of databases, data structure, and SQL.
Excellent digital literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
