Key Responsibilities
*Collaborate with internal teams* to ensure timely and accurate payment processing for clinical trial patients.
*Develop and implement new payment systems* to improve efficiency and accuracy.
*Strictly adhere to compliance guidelines* and regulations to ensure flawless execution of payment processes.
*Analyze and troubleshoot payment issues*, providing proven solutions to resolve them promptly.
*Produce in-depth reports* on payment transactions and communicate findings to customers.
*Monitor and update payment databases*, ensuring data integrity and security.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field*.
*Minimum of 3 years' experience* in payment processing or a related role.
*Proven expertise in database management* and payment systems.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities* to successfully implement collaborative projects.
*Ability to work strictly within regulated environments*.
