负责实际的生产组装和测试，按照工艺流程和WI操作保质保量完成产品的加工制造

Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)

  • 能按时按需完成AS-AP的生产任务
  • 负责产线的组装和测试，协调班组下达的生产任务
  • 对新入职或交叉培训人员进行岗位技能培训
  • 对生产过程中突发问题进行协调解决，协助PE分析

Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

  • 具备对新入职员工岗位技能培训资质
  • 了解PPI文化，并且可以通过PPI方法运用到生产过程
  • 具有较强的质量和安全意识
  • 具有职业发展能力和学习敏锐度、个人动力
  • 中专以上学历
  • 遵守公司规章制度，服从领导安排
