Job Description

• Review, analyze and track SG&A spending, communicate with global Divisions on China financial performance
• Review the Accounts Receivables and drive the collection of AR and reduce Bad-debt impact
• Work with Accounting and other teams to ensure a smoothly monthly closing in expense and revenue defer and release
• QBR and MBR preparation in OpEx , and working captital (AR/DSO, BDE)
• Prepare and build assumptions for annual operating plan for OpEx, CapEx (incl. Demos) and working capital
• Support STRAP preparation for full P&L in investment/ expense projections
• Lead PPI projects to drive efficiencies and productivities
• Strengthen internal control process
• Other ad hoc analysis to help drive business growth
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis for manufacturing and commercial operations within a large multinational company.
• Demonstrated history of driving businesses to improve processes and performance.
• Strong track record of accurate and timely financial reporting.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is preferred;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
• Bachelor degree in Finance preferred
• Power user of Microsoft Excel
• Hyperion Enterprise and ERP system (e.g. SAP) experience preferred.
