Job Description

Manager, QA Operations

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and supervision of the quality operations activities within the Lengnau site.
Interact with varying levels of staff within the organization as well as with customers and auditors.
Make decisions regarding compliance of processes that will impact the product.
Coordinate QA activities and programs such as batch record review, batch release including intermediates, QM data, deviation review, Change control, CAPA implementation, complaints, and operation document management.
Coordinate the lifecycle of associated concepts/programs, policies/procedures.
Lead the APQR process

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar QA operations role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to strictly adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine and successfully implement solutions.
Experience leading and supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with widely accepted protocols and methods in QA operations.
