Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales territories to sell products and services. And analyze the sales data of the local market.
  • Understand and communicate customer requirements, work well with customers, grow new clients, and retain the current customer base.
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships and ongoing sales-related initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide required support to team sales & marketing plans and activities. Responsible for collecting marketing information, especially competitive information.
  • Serve as the point of contact for pre-sales and post-sales support issues, including the status of complaints/problems, special deals, and follow-up with customers’ orders.
  • Responsible for providing basic technical support and supporting business growth in the Bio-pharma market.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the vaccine and antibody market, and experience in vaccine or biological product enterprises is helpful.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in biological science or related fields.
  • More than 3 years of working experience in a Biopharma company.
  • Diligent, highly organized, dedicated, and outcome-focused.
  • Proven communication, teamwork, and partnership skills with customers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, multi-task, prioritize, and remain goal-focused.
