How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a Web Content & Production Specialist who is hard-working and motivated to join our team of web production experts and specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of building and editing SEO-optimized web pages.
This individual is knowledgeable about current web standards and trends in digital marketing. We seek a diligent self-starter ready to learn and participate in a data-driven organization, passionate about delivering on schedule, and constantly looking for new opportunities to improve our web performance and operational efficacy.
Location: 100% on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon OR Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
What will you do?
- Perform day-to-day web production activities including, but not limited to, web page building, testing, and deployment within the CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) in coordination with the divisional marketing web team and corporate publication members.
- Work collaboratively with web and subject matter experts to build, test, and apply content and technical SEO strategies to improve webpage critical metrics.
- Collaborate with internal customers to understand web content requests and seek clarification on open questions. Act as an advisor to recommend customer-centric web design/UX improvements.
- Use our project management system (Workfront) to retrieve content, complete assigned workflow steps, communicate updates to projects, and upload URLs for review.
- Complete web tactics and handle workflow and timelines of multiple, simultaneous projects based on the prioritization model.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related major is highly preferred
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in web content publishing platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred) to maintain customer-facing websites.
- 3+ years of direct experience optimizing websites using a broad range of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in web coding languages such as HTML and CSS.
- Experience with various asset management software packages (e.g., Brightcove, AEM)
- Experience or familiarity with project management software (Workfront preferred).
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, prioritization abilities, and a drive to take ownership of issues and tasks.
