Work with Thermo Fisher Scientific's driven team, impacting top-tier scientific solutions as an Engineer III, QA.

A day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure outstanding quality in all engineering projects.

  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of systems and processes to determine compliance with industry standards.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of quality improvements and innovations.

  • Analyze data and generate detailed reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Offer expert advice and mentorship on quality assurance standard methodologies, encouraging a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting an inclusive and encouraging working environment.

Education

  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field

Experience

  • At least five (5) years of experience in quality assurance or engineering within a regulated industry is required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with strict adherence to deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis and technical writing, focusing on attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to successfully navigate complex technical challenges.

  • Proficiency with quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
