Key Responsibilities:
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Successfully implement and follow detailed engineering instructions for manufacturing processes.
Determine and flawlessly complete the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate with the team to improve production standards and efficiency.
Maintain a world-class quality approach and ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent experience; an associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Proficiency in using standard engineering tools and software.
Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
Outstanding troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
