Position Summary

The Financial Analyst II will support in improving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical functions to empower strategic decision-making. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize performance, and align resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support leaders to build and maintain annual budgets, rolling forecasts, MBR/QBR in collaboration with cross function team. Support to supervise performance against targets and update forecasts based on operational changes.

• Build dashboards to supervise important metrics and highlight trends on weekly basis

• Variance Analysis: Investigate deviations between actuals and forecasts/budgets, providing actionable recommendations.

• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct scenario modeling for investment decisions, by leverage technical skills to support automation and improve efficiency.

• Process Improvement: Streamline financial systems (ERP upgrades) and automate reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA or CPA/CFA/CMA preferred.

• Experience: 3-5 years in FP&A, corporate finance.

• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and financial modeling. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL, Python or equivalent is a MUST.
