What you will do:

Work with China Supply Chain team to deliver monthly/quarter financial target, such as transportation cost control and inventory management.

Completing closing activities and help ensuring accurate reporting in the monthly closing process. Analyze transactional / operational data, recommend accruals to ensure accurate reporting.

Collaborate with business partners to understand and generate key assumptions affecting the financials. Review monthly spending details and identify the key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.

Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights, and support monthly /quarterly /annual forecasting and budgeting process (i.e. support MBR, QBR, AOP, etc.)

Build ad-hoc financial analysis and perform special projects as needed.

How you will get here:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related field, CPA, ACCA preferred.

Experience

5+ years finance related working experience, FP&A experience is a must

Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization

Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; Oracle/SAP, HFM/CMR, Power BI/SQL are preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to summarize and present information in a concise and effective manner

Consistently deliver high quality work; ability to learn quickly, and multi-task in deadline driven environment

Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
