ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy and autoimmune diseases. With over 2,000 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy diagnostics and the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with global business leaders to turn strategy into action, resolving talent gaps and seizing opportunities that support our goals of hiring, engaging, developing, and retaining outstanding talent.

What you will contribute:

This is a key HR Leadership position in the Division and this exciting role will assume responsibility for Global Operations and Research & Development.

This role will be a member of the IDD HR leadership team and contribute to division-wide HR strategies, programs and process development and implementation. The successful candidate must possess the ability to quickly grasp the business and functional strategies and objectives maximising the greater human resources organization and capabilities to support the achievement of those objectives.

Talent Focuse

Develop effective talent strategy and solutions that reinforce our business strategy and advance culture change initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage diverse, hardworking talent.

Business Focus and Data Insight

Draw upon business metrics to encourage the continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities and maintain a positive culture. Build a robust understanding of industry, market, and functional trends, crafting business-specific talent strategies driven by data insights.

Consultation

Act as a trusted mentor to Leaders in navigating complex leadership and HR matters, including talent development, engagement, and performance.

Change Leadership

Serve as a motivator for change, devising and communicating solutions as they relate to organizational design, development, and change management. Demonstrate and encourage consistency with our 4i values (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement) in everything we do.

Project/Process Management

Coordinate HR resources and priorities to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. Assess work requests from across the organization and effectively balance priorities in collaboration with the business and in alignment with the HR model.

How you will get here:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required.

Experience:

  • Senior level Human Resources experience in large multi-national companies, supporting a global organization.
  • Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of the full mix of HR functions.
  • Experience working across a complex organizational matrix and successful stakeholder management.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with and demonstrated success translating business strategies into actions.
  • Experience as a strong HR partner with credibility as a trusted advisor and confidant to senior management.
  • Ability to effectively lead multiple projects and stakeholder groups and deal with ambiguity and provide solutions
  • Ability to travel 30% of time internationally.
