Job Summary:

Key member of Global Business Services FP&A team responsible for Finance Shared Services Centers and Finance Site Leader in Manila.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted Business Partner to the local Site Leader and global finance workstream Senior Directors, providing support and mentorship throughout financial processes.
• Coordinate, complete, and review the FP&A month-end close process and post-close reporting cycles.
• Identify and implement recommendations to improve current reporting tools, driving efficiencies through automation and financial reporting standardization.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes, as well as cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide strong decision support to business leadership by crafting models, presentations, and dashboards that consider controls and compliance standards.
• Take high-level direction and work proactively and independently to drive the execution of team goals and problem-solving.
• Participate as a Finance Leader in continuous improvement projects for the Shared Service Center, developing the ability to communicate and illustrate accurate financial analysis to management.
• Lead a team of analysts, ensuring coordination, motivation, and development of resources. As a people manager, drive organizational changes and champion process improvement projects within the site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in FP&A management within a Shared Service Center.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and internal controls expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and identifying process improvements.
• Ability to influence decisions through clear analysis and executive-level communication.
• Proven teamwork skills, self-motivation, and ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience working in global, remote teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; Oracle, HFM, and Power BI preferred.
• Fluent in English.
