Engineer II, QA – Manufacturing

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- Manage quality performance for Bioprocess container products.
- Mentor and develop quality technicians and QC staff.
- Analyze customer feedback and report product performance.
- Address customer quality and technical issues promptly.
- Improve customer feedback systems through coordination.
- Support overseas customer product registration and **coordinate** return processes.
- Conduct process and product audits to identify improvements.
- Review engineering changes for compliance and maintain data accuracy in SAP.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Engineering, Bioscience, or Chemical.
Experience Qualifications:
- 5+ years in manufacturing, technical service, or customer relationship management.
- Preferable experience in medical device or bioprocess container manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, capable in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with ISO13485 implementation.
- Proven ability to achieve goals independently within challenging time frames.
