Engineer II, QA – Manufacturing

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

  • Manage quality performance for Bioprocess container products.
  • Mentor and develop quality technicians and QC staff.
  • Analyze customer feedback and report product performance.
  • Address customer quality and technical issues promptly.
  • Improve customer feedback systems through coordination.
  • Support overseas customer product registration and **coordinate** return processes.
  • Conduct process and product audits to identify improvements.
  • Review engineering changes for compliance and maintain data accuracy in SAP.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Engineering, Bioscience, or Chemical.

Experience Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in manufacturing, technical service, or customer relationship management.
  • Preferable experience in medical device or bioprocess container manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, capable in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience with ISO13485 implementation.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals independently within challenging time frames.
