Senior Finance Coordinator - Key Account Management Team

The Senior Finance Coordinator plays a key role within the Key Account Management (KAM) team, ensuring strong supplier relationships and driving efficiency through collaboration with suppliers and business partners. This role involves proactive issue resolution, participation in strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Participate in regular supplier and business meetings to ensure alignment and issue resolution.

  • Engage in projects aimed at increasing efficiency, including PPI initiatives.

  • Handle the full scope of Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice processing and validation.

  • Identify and resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and supplier validations.

  • Proactively address holds and payment-related discrepancies to maintain seamless financial processes.

  • Perform Month-End activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.

  • Guide internal and external business partners on best practices and financial processes.

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify and resolve operational challenges.

  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Education and Knowledge:

  • A background in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay and financial processes.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
