Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
Conduct daily routine inspections and complete checklists.
Complete industrial installations.
Diagnose and resolve faults effectively.
Maintain HVAC equipment including heating, chillers, and air conditioning systems.
Service and maintain air compressors.
Perform building repairs and maintenance.
Respond to work orders using maintenance software.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in industrial maintenance or as a contractor.
Technical degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience handling HVAC equipment.
Skills
Strong collaboration abilities.
Outstanding service orientation.
Proficiency in basic computer equipment usage.
Flexibility in scheduling.
Proficiency in using measuring equipment such as tapes, calipers, and multimeters.
