Unique Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Communications Manager to join our SEATW Commercial team in Singapore, leading efforts in team cohesion, commercial insights, and leadership development. In this fast-paced role, you will drive regional success by ensuring seamless execution and a strong brand presence. Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communications Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support business objectives, enhance brand awareness, and engage collaborators across SEATW countries.
  • Internal Communications: Lead internal communications initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and alignment with company goals. Develop compelling storytelling through articles, graphics, images, and videos that resonate with internal audiences.
  • Content Development: Create engaging content such as press releases, speeches, executive messages, blog posts, and social media materials.
  • Digital & Media Relations Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure positive coverage and increase brand visibility across SEATW countries.
  • Public Relations: Develop and implement PR strategies that build and maintain a positive public image.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison with internal and external collaborators, including leadership teams, industry partners, and community organizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
  • Consistent track record in media relations, M&A communication, and digital communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling communications materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and collaborators simultaneously.
