Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the flawless radiation management system operation and maintenance.

• Ensure our practices strictly meet local government requirements on safety, health, and environment.

• Collaborate with the EHS team to develop and successfully implement radiation safety management SOPs, policies, rules, and standards.

• Manage radiation permitting/licenses as operational needs determine.

• Serve as a key team member of the EHS Committee, following up on action plans.

• Improve employee radiation safety awareness and behavior by developing an annual training plan.

• Follow up on action plans post corporate and local authority audits.

• Investigate and report radiation incidents and accidents, tracking related corrective actions.

• Conduct regular radiation self-inspections, coordinating corrective actions with other departments.

• Coordinate the management of special equipment and certification of special operators.

• Handle all radiation-related matters in new projects.

• Manage radiation waste.

• Conduct occupational health checks, maintaining personal radiation dosing and health records.

• Work with the HR team on radiation position leave management.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience in Radiation, related engineering, or safety engineering preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of RSO and EHS working experience.

• Proven solid knowledge of RSO management.

• Proficiency in English is preferred.

• Honest, detailed, proactive, logical, and well-organized.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to integrate with other teams.
