Trial Patient Payment Associate II

Key Responsibilities

  • *Develop and implement new payment systems* to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • *Analyze and troubleshoot payment issues*, providing proven solutions to resolve them promptly.
  • *Produce in-depth reports* on payment transactions and communicate findings to customers.
  • *Monitor and update payment databases*, ensuring data integrity and security.

Requirements

  • *Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field*.
  • *Minimum of 3 years' experience* in payment processing or a related role.
  • *Proven expertise in database management* and payment systems.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • *Strong communication and interpersonal abilities* to successfully implement collaborative projects.
  • *Ability to work strictly within regulated environments*.
