Job Description

作为数字化专员，使用专业工具为业务问题挖掘和解决提供支持。负责数据收集和维护。设计自定义BI以支持业务领导进行趋势分析和问题挖掘。

主要职责：

  • 从各种来源收集和维护数据；使用统计方法和数据可视化技术分析数据；与跨职能团队合作，制定数据驱动的策略。
  • 识别趋势和模式；与流程负责人合作，创建报告和演示文稿，将发现的问题传达给利益相关者。
  • 支持整个团队的系统基础维护和日常数字环境管理。

要求/资格：

  • 大专或以上学历
  • 具有强烈的商业思维和数据处理、数据挖掘和数据分析技能。
  • 遵循PPI方法，协调跨职能团队建立模式、简化流程和标准化工作流程。
  • 熟练掌握Power Platform和Power BI技能者优先。
  • 对学习和使用数字技术充满热情和动力。
