Job responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A deliverables on behalf of the Customer & Commercial Excellence team.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Corporate Accounts Revenue, Functional expenses & Enterprise-wide customer incentives.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly business review packages in collaboration with the Customer and Commercial Excellence Leadership team.
  • Maintain the monthly calendar of activities and process deliverables and drive proactive communication with key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting & analysis processes through partnership with Corporate IT to drive system enhancements and process efficiencies within the Corporate Data Mart.
  • Prepare and Analyze all Corporate FP&A requests.
  • Collaborate across regions and functional teams to provide analytics support for commercial teams to identify opportunities, trends, and insights.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within a large organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or MBA or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a finance team, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
