Job Description

Manager, QA Operations

This outstanding opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of ensuring flawless operations and compliance in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision of the quality operations activities within the Lengnau site.
  • Interact with varying levels of staff within the organization as well as with customers and auditors.
  • Make decisions regarding compliance of processes that will impact the product.
  • Coordinate QA activities and programs such as batch record review, batch release including intermediates, QM data, deviation review, Change control, CAPA implementation, complaints, and operation document management.
  • Coordinate the lifecycle of associated concepts/programs, policies/procedures.
  • Lead the APQR process

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar QA operations role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine and successfully implement solutions.
  • Experience leading and supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with widely accepted protocols and methods in QA operations.
