We are thrilled to present an extraordinary opportunity to join our exceptional team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Executive Assistant. As the Executive Assistant for the Division President in our Healthcare Market Division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our world-class executives, ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication both within and outside the organization. You will have the chance to work with outstanding individuals and collaborate with different individuals and groups, including employees, clients, vendors, and collaborators.
Responsibilities:
- Provide impeccable administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless coordination of their calendars, managing travel arrangements, and organizing meetings and events.
- Review and process expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Serve as a primary contact for both internal and external parties, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of special projects, demonstrating a proactive and ambitious approach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- High school diploma required. Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with recent experience supporting executives in a corporate environment preferred.
