Job Title: Internship I

Reports To: PNRR Project Coordinator

Position Summary: The PNRR project is a country growing initiative named the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) to drive growth and innovation. The primary goal is to combine internal data with external insights to build valuable information for the sales network, unlocking new opportunities and driving profitability. The primary focus for 2025 is on consolidating opportunities, implementing value creation strategies, and ensuring profitability and success through continuous monitoring and adjustments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Italian
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize information and prioritize tasks Proficiency in conducting document research on websites and social media
  • Ability to build and maintain processes and procedures Ability to generate and maintain information on performance
  • Excellent interpersonal, self-motivational, and negotiating skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SDFC, as well as CRM and partnership tools within the Microsoft suite
  • Professional background in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related subjects is preferable

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project scouting activities via phone and web
  • Identify targets and lead collaborator relationships for projects
  • Build summary reports on project progress and status
  • Design project mind maps
  • Manage leads effectively
  • Identify and prioritize new client opportunities Ensure the highest level of professional relationships with our customer base
  • Support and efficiently drive the Leads Sharing Program between divisions and groups
  • Willingness to learn and adapt Embodies the 4-I Values and acts with integrity and achieves results through intensity, innovation, involvement.
  • Possess a valid driving license
